12.03 Founder’s Table: Governance for the startup

To overview

Limburg Startup would like to invite you to an exclusive Founder’s Table on the theme of Good Governance (Corporate Governance) in startups and scale-ups.

📅 Date: March 12
Time: 8:45 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
📍 Location: Corda Conference, Corda Campus Kempische Steenweg 411 in Hasselt (building 1, floor 1 – room 13)
👥 Target group: Founders of startups (max. 15 participants)

Good governance has been an established practice in larger companies for years, but often remains a challenge for startups and scale-ups.
What is really relevant? Where do you start? And how do you avoid pitfalls as your company grows?

During this interactive session, Luc Sterckx will share his insights and practical experience on questions such as:

-Why is good governance also crucial for startups and scale-ups?
-What are the must-dos and best practices?
-How do you get started, and how does governance evolve as your company grows?
-What should you pay specific attention to, and what if things go wrong?

Luc Sterckx combines his own startup experience with more than ten years of active coaching and board roles at dozens of startups and scale-ups. He illustrates his insights with concrete practical examples and has also published on this topic.

The Founder’s Table is deliberately small-scale to allow room for open discussion, recognizable cases, and exchange between founders.
