As a Recruitment Associate you will work on projects together with a recruitment consultant and will work in close collaboration with all Thema Group employees.
Responsibilities:
– Talent hunting through screening tools, databases, and social platforms
– Reaching out via phone, email and social networks to engage, inform and match candidates with open roles
– Capturing key professional and personal insights in the database with accuracy and context
– Growing and maintaining a strong candidate network with active use of platforms like LinkedIn
– Keeping the candidate database clean, updated and continuously expanding
– Guiding candidates through each step of the recruitment journey and coordinating communication between all parties
– Working toward and achieving personal KPIs with consistency and ownership
Vaardigheden
- Graduate or Bachelor's degree, Background in life sciences is a strong advantage (labtech, biotech, chemistry or pharmaceutical experience), Interest in or experience with the Life Science industry, Experience in a commercial role or recruitment is a plus, Able to work independently as well as in a team, Confident in influencing and convincing others based on content and expertise, Positive mindset with humour and an enthusiastic attitude, Strong communication skills and fluent in Dutch and English, good level of French
