FIT is launching a new Mentorship Program 2026 that is perfectly tailored to startups and scale-ups, guiding you and your partners toward further growth and internationalization.
What is it?
A program for scale-ready Flemish companies looking to tap into a foreign market that is difficult to access. FIT pairs them with a local mentor from one of our 70 international offices.
Each selected scale-up receives:
- 50 hours of mentorship (spread over 6 months)
- €20,000 in funding for actions outlined in the guidance plan
- a program tailored to their export strategy and target market
Why is this relevant ?
Many companies are at a tipping point toward taking their first international steps or scaling up further. This program offers them:
- access to targeted expertise in their target market,
- warm introductions and local validation,
- a structured FIT framework, and financial support.
Who is eligible?
- Max. 10 years old
- Min. 5 FTE
- Clear export plan
- An internal contact who actively follows up on the program (Sept 2026 – Feb 2027)
- Application between March 15 and May 15
