Rejuvenate Biomed secures permanent spot at World Expo Osaka: “A healthier future for everyone”
BioVille resident Rejuvenate Biomed has been selected for the permanent exhibition in the Belgian Pavilion at the World Expo in Osaka. As the only representative from Limburg, the company showcases its innovative approach to combating age-related diseases to a global audience.
Rejuvenate Biomed develops therapies using artificial intelligence and is achieving promising results with Rjx-01, a treatment targeting muscle loss due to aging. Founder and CEO Dr. Ann Beliën, who previously worked at Janssen Pharmaceutica, established the company in 2017, driven by a personal mission to improve the treatment of age-related conditions.
During Flanders Week, a delegation led by Flemish Minister-President Matthias Diependaele visited Rejuvenate Biomed’s stand. POM Limburg and Health Campus Limburg were also present. “The selection of Rejuvenate Biomed highlights the strength of Limburg’s ecosystem for medical innovation,” said Deputy Tom Vandeput.
